Handle Turning Off Water On It's Own
Let's start by turning off the water supply to your faucet.
Next remove the handle by unscrewing the allen screw on the front or back of the handle. Some faucets may have a small cap that you will need to remove to access the allen screw.
Unthread the dome cap so that you can access the retainer nut.
Tighten the retainer nut with a crescent wrench.
Reassemble the handle by threading down the dome cap (hand tighten) and securing the handle with the allen screw.
Finally turn on your water supply and turn on your faucet and check if the issue with your faucet had been resolved.
If you continue to experience the handle closing on it's own we want to help you figure out why this is still happening. We have a dedicated team ready to help. Please reach out when you can.
